Course Outline:

This dynamic, high quality presentation will provide staff with an up-to-date insight into games and apps that pupils are using today. It will focus on the relevant challenges the internet poses towards our pupils i.e. sharing, chatting, playing and ‘friendships’. Areas of focus, from KCSIE 2019:

  • Content: Being exposed to illegal, inappropriate or harmful material
  • Contact: Being subjected to harmful online interaction with other users
  • Conduct: Personal online behaviour that increases the likelihood of harm


ECP will send you an email with the relevant links to each session. You then share the link with the relevant participants. Participants follow the link to register for the session.
Participants will have access to their allocated session, for a set time period, where they can access the content when they wish.

Participants must attend their session at a given date and time.

Questions can be submitted during the recorded webinar. All questions will then be collated and a written response created at the end of the webinar period. This will be made available to you the following week.

Live session have interactive elements such as polls, hands up questions, Q&A chat box and audio interaction.
