I am eager to create safe spaces for all to help them fulfil their aspiration by empowering people to believe change can happen. This is created by giving people the confidence to challenge and provide safety and security for the next generation – right from those early years through primary and beyond. This also enables them to be the best version of themselves with the belief that there is validation and learning gained from every experience.

I have over 21 years of experience in the primary sector. I have ensured that all children within my care both from a strategic and operational response feel safe and secure within their setting - therefore ‘Safeguarding is effective’.

I am an open and honest communicator. I will listen and respond and in turn, support people to evolve from past learning. I am approachable to people of all ages with an openness to learning and finding solutions.
