With over two decades in the police force, Charlie believes in giving a voice to the voiceless. She recognises the impact of the institutional and oppressive system that exists and uses her voice to be proactive to prevent harm and abuse from existing in our society.

She has a track record of challenging, impacting, and influencing, with substantial knowledge of laws, legislations, and guidelines. She is able to provide clients with individualised support that fosters empathy.

Her inquisitive nature enables her to keep up to date with child protection and safeguarding issues, concerns and trends to challenge, empower and educate organisations to keep those in their care safe.
