I have always believed that systems should serve people, not the other way around.

That belief has shaped my journey from the digital banking hall to the safeguarding workspace.

At heart, I’m a problem-solver. I started out as a Digital Channel Analyst in the Electronic Business department in the banking sector, using data and stakeholder insight to improve customer experiences. From there, I worked as a customer service analyst in an IT consulting firm, bringing structure and strategy to complex challenges.

However, joining ECP Safeguarding gave my work new meaning.

Here, I’m not just refining processes or managing CRM systems, I’m contributing to a mission that puts EMPOWERMENT, CARE, and PROTECTION at the heart of everything it does.

Being in a company that puts safeguarding first has sharpened my view of how people/systems failures can have huge human consequences. That’s why I bring care and precision into every part of my role.

My role supports the seamless operations that make our safeguarding training and consultancy services possible. Whether it’s improving internal systems or supporting clients behind the scenes, I know that every efficient process and every clear communication plays a part in keeping children, families, and vulnerable adults at risk safe. That is what drives me.

Safeguarding may not have been my starting point, but today it fuels my passion for Empowerment, care, protection and excellence. I believe that when we align purpose with process, we not only do good work, but we do work that makes a difference.
