Katrina is an experienced Trainer and assessor with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organisation training industry. Katrina is skilled in communication, visual learning, youth empowerment, team effectiveness and team leadership.
Katrina worked for seven years for Hertfordshire Constabulary as a volunteer and a Police Constable. Katrina has been exposed to a number of incidents which means her knowledge and experience of law and child protection are a key interest and strength of hers.
Upon leaving the police, Katrina lectured across a range of Public Service courses, providing high quality teaching, learning and assessment and internal moderation from entry to degree level courses.
Katrina left ECP in 2020 to work for Hertfordshire Constabulary as a Law Trainer. She supervised, trained and assessed new Police Constables in their initial training period before they start operational policing. She has now left the police and has returned ECP as a Safeguarding Consultant.
